Developer offers rebates for Puncak Bestari properties

The month-long Hari Raya celebration may be over but Worldwide Holdings Bhd has special rebates for its Puncak Bestari properties through its Riang Raya Bonanza promotion.

The property developer organised a half-day Raya open house in Puncak Bestari Sales Gallery at Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor recently to introduce its latest property projects.
Both existing and potential property buyers had the opportunity to explore the vibrant township while learning more about the developer’s offerings.
As part of the festive promotion which runs until Aug 31, Worldwide Holdings is offering an additional 3% rebate on top of a 7% bumiputra discount for purchases of Cendana residential units.
Additionally, there will be a 2% rebate for the Jati 4 commercial lots on top of a 10% bumiputra discount.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM126mil, Cendana features 208 units of double-storey terrace houses.
Worldwide Holdings senior project manager Azmi Ali said the two-phase project would be the last batch of landed residential properties within the Puncak Bestari township.
“The first phase is sold out while 60 units of the second phase are open for sale,” said Azmi, adding that these units should appeal to the younger generation for its affordable and competitive prices.
Designed to provide better ventilation with spacious room areas for better living, the project is set for completion in September.
The units are priced from RM608,888 onwards, with built-up areas ranging from 2,290sq ft to 2,388sq ft.
Jati 4, the fourth phase of the township’s commercial project, features 31 units of two-storey shop offices and eight units of three-storey shop offices.
With built-up areas ranging from 2,766sq ft to 9,990 sq ft, the commercial units are priced from RM1.1mil to RM4.5mil.
“The Jati 4 project is currently at 50% of its construction stage and expected to be completed by year end,” said Azmi.
The Puncak Bestari township sprawls across 50ha of land with a well-balanced mix of residential and commercial components.
The township is accessible via Guthrie Corridor, KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (Latar), Jalan Batu Arang, Jalan Sungai Buloh and Jalan Meru.
Amenities within the vicinity include Tasik Puncak Bestari, Masjid Puncak Alam, Tesco and Universiti Teknologi Mara.
For upcoming developments in Bandar Puncak Alam, Azmi said plans for Puncak Bestari 2 is already in the pipeline.
“Puncak Bestari 2 will span across 30ha of land and its sales gallery is expected to be ready by November,” said Azmi.
To ensure homebuyers benefit from their purchases, Worldwide Holdings Bhd sells properties that are 40% into construction so that buyers will benefit from interest-saving.
Additionally, special offers by the property developer include 0% down payment and easy payment methods.
